A2Castix Monitor

Proof that your TV and radio ads really aired.

Monitor listens to TV and radio channels day and night, recognises each of your ads, and tells you when one was missed, cut short or aired at the wrong time, with a recording as proof.

Status: Validated in the lab on simulated channels with real station processing. Pilot deployments on live channels are available.

BeforeYou pay for airtime and trust the channel's own report.
AfterYou have your own record of every airing, with a clip for every missed or short spot.

Every airing, logged

Each ad is recognised by its sound within seconds, on every channel you follow.

Checked against what you bought

Missed, short, wrong-time and wrong-version airings are flagged automatically.

Brand mentions too

Hears your brand or your sponsor's name inside programmes, not only in ad breaks.

Proof that holds up

A sealed recording of each airing, ready for a dispute or an invoice check.

Who it is for: Advertisers, media agencies, broadcasters' sales teams and regulators.

The live wall

Four simulated channels, each drawn as an edit timeline of the last 30 minutes. Each block is an ad recognised by its sound.

Three ways to buy

Rent it

We run it for you, in the region you choose. You pay monthly and get support.

Run it on your servers

An annual licence to install it in your own building or cloud. Your videos never leave your network.

Own the code

You buy the full source code with documentation and a handover from the engineers who wrote it.

The technical detail

For your engineers: what it does exactly, how it is built, the numbers we measured and how it compares.

What it does

24/7 monitoring of TV, radio and streams: detect every spot by its audio fingerprint, check it against what was ordered, hear brand mentions inside programmes and keep a clip as proof.

A2.01

Fingerprint detection

Landmark audio fingerprints recognise a known spot in seconds, even with music beds and channel processing.

A2.02

Aired versus ordered

Detections are reconciled with the booking or traffic log: missed spots, wrong times and short airings are flagged.

A2.03

Brand mentions

Speech recognition listens inside programmes for sponsor and brand names, with fuzzy matching that survives recognition errors.

A2.04

Sponsorship checks

Contract rules such as a minimum number of mentions, or a competitor brand in a sponsored show, become automatic checks.

A2.05

Proof of play

Each airing and each violation is cut as a clip and sealed with a SHA-256 hash, ready for a dispute.

A2.06

Dashboards and alerts

A channel timeline, live alerts and evidence packs; reports to email or webhook.

On the roadmap: logo and on-screen text recognition, direct transport-stream ingest and digitally signed evidence.

How it works

  1. Capture

Channels are recorded around the clock from antenna, satellite, IP or stream.

  2. Fingerprint

Audio is fingerprinted and matched against your library of spots.

  3. Listen

Speech recognition finds brand mentions inside programmes.

  4. Reconcile

Detections are checked against the order and the contract rules.

  5. Prove

Clips are cut and hashed; reports and alerts go out.

Numbers, with their method

Every figure on this site comes from a run we can repeat. Where a number is a target, it says so.

Questions buyers ask

How accurate is detection on real broadcasts?

On our lab channels it found 97.4% of airings with no false alarms, under codec, noise and speed changes. We measure real broadcasts in each pilot and publish the result with its conditions.

Which channels can you monitor?

Any channel we can receive: antenna, satellite, IP or an internet stream. In a national deployment the capture nodes sit in your country.

Can it catch ads it has never heard?

Discovery of new, repeated content is on the pilot plan. Known spots are matched against your library from day one.

What counts as proof?

A clip of the airing with channel, start time and a SHA-256 hash recorded at capture, so later tampering shows.

Which languages does it understand?

Ads are recognised by their sound, so the language does not matter. Brand mentions use speech recognition that covers about 100 languages.

How is it priced?

Per channel per month in three tiers, or as a national licence with capture nodes.
